We offer to supply fabricated pipe spools for on-site installation in sizes ranging from
15mm to 915mm dia in a wide range of materials
These spools can be supplied fully fabricated using radiographic equipment or magnetic
particle inspected, hydro-statically tested and painted to clients paint specification
Pipe spools can also be supplied as part-fabricated spools, with weld completion at site
by clients own staff or their on-site sub-contractors.
Many PTF Eng Ltd contracts previously undertaken include on-site installation and
completion of site welds by PTF forces.
PTF are happy to supply and control all materials for pipe spools, or to receive and
store with up-most care, clients free issue material.
In addition to our piping capabilities, we are also able to offer a
comprehensive Steel Fabrication facility, from both our Eastleigh &
Chandlers Ford workshops.
As well as the base frames we fabricate for skids, we can offer fabrication ranging from
primary & secondary steel for structures, platforms ladders & handrails, pipe supports,
vessel internals and panel frames, as well as many other miscellaneous client requirements.
In addition to the typical mild steel requirement, we are also qualified to qualified to
weld high yield steels, stainless steels and aluminium, using MIG, MMAW, TIG processes as
appropriate, all with approved Weld Procedures
We are able to carry out our inspection, testing & proof loading as required to meet
job specific requirements, and can offer a comprehensive finishing service, covering painting,
galvanising & fire proofing.
